Most cysts are functional and resolve on their own. We characterise them properly, monitor thoughtfully and only intervene when it is genuinely the right call.
How we approach it
The plan begins with a careful examination and the right scans — nothing more, nothing less. Most conditions have several reasonable ways forward and I will walk you through each, honestly. Surgery is only ever suggested when it is genuinely the best option, and always as one choice among several.
