Diagnosis is clinical plus scan. A layered plan — hormonal options, IUS, targeted medication and, only if truly needed, surgery — gets women their life back.
How we approach it
The plan begins with a careful examination and the right scans — nothing more, nothing less. Most conditions have several reasonable ways forward and I will walk you through each, honestly. Surgery is only ever suggested when it is genuinely the best option, and always as one choice among several.
