Anaemia in pregnancy

“I see many mothers-to-be running on empty and putting it down to ‘just tiredness’.”

Anaemia in pregnancy is common in India and very treatable. A proper work-up, food-first advice and the right supplement — oral or IV — restores your energy and protects your baby.

How we approach it

In every trimester my role is the same — to listen carefully, watch the details that matter and explain the tests and choices in plain language. You will always know what is normal, what is being monitored and why. When something needs attention we will act promptly and gently, together.

For education only — this is not medical advice. Diagnosis and treatment plans are made in person.
